This blog post is tribute to maestro Ilaiyaraaja who has been an inspiration to  most of the music directors in Tamilnadu.





For music lovers his songs always happened to be a wonderful experience to listen.

I'm taking this as a chance to show to the world that I'm a big fan of his several songs.

    another point to ponder is usage of "Lyrics". Isn't it all these songs were good because we could remember and recite? and singer?

    Ilaiyaraja / Vairamuthu / SPB, Chitra. and role of directors!?

    do we ever get these people work together. Gosh!

    The main thing as you mentioned the lyrics which are understandable and easy to recognize what the song is trying to convey.

    Some times the combination u've mentioned may come in future

    Engal thalaivar Maniratnam and Ilayaraja combination ithula illa.. athanala purakanikurom..:)
    Kalalukku mariyathai.. Ennai thalatta varuvala :) One of the evergreen songs..:D and my favourite.. Neriya songs iruku.. Neriya Kamal songs.. Mr.Mike Mohan vazthathe ilayaraja isainala than..:)
