I’ve been using Sony Ericsson K810i for more than 20 months. It was working fine till that day I was unable to open my application and games folder. I got this weird message “OPEARATION FAILED” error popping up on my screen.
I was scared about that. But I found it on the internet that updating the software may be the solution to the problem. I’ve tried that and after that it started working fine.

Select your phone type and update the corresponing software.
An update service needs to be dowloaded on to the PC. Then starting up on this update will guide in installing in the software.
